Students who are interested in a letter of recommendation from Dr. Elizabeth Cauffman are asked to email the following materials at least one month before the recommendation is due:
- A transcript
- unofficial copy is acceptable
- Statement of Purpose
- Details on the student’s experience with Dr. Cauffman
- The context of their relationship (class, 3D lab, etc.)
- The date, i.e., “student in Adolescent Development class, Winter 2018- received a B+”)
- FOR FORMER AND CURRENT 3D LAB RAs: a bulleted list of all contributions to lab, including extra projects, a description of your UROP project and findings, if conference funding was obtained, and if you presented at conferences.
- Please also indicate if you completed the 12 consecutive month commitment
- Completed forms
- This includes completing Dr. Cauffman’s contact information, title, etc. on each and every form or on-line application.
- Web link or email address or addressed envelope and stamp if to be mailed by Dr. Cauffman
- A chart outlining the due-date(s) for each institution to which the student is applying
